Summer Term,  Rise N Shine and Midfield Den Application forms are available now for completion. Please either obtain a copy when dropping or collecting your child from Breakfast or Afterschool club.

Alternatively copies are kept in the school office or can be downloaded from the school website under Breakfast & Afterschool Clubs section which can found under the Parents tab.
