Relaxation

Welcome to relaxation with Mrs Wedderburn. A new video will be added each week so you can enjoy the benefits relation has to offer. 

Relaxation exercises help children (and adults!) to manage their reactions to stress, anxiety and worry. Relaxation exercises are a good distraction from worrying thoughts and reduce tension in the body.

The exercise videos here include controlled breathing and muscle relaxation which you can do at home to help you slow down and take some time to breathe.
