Tree House

Welcome to Tree House!

We are an Additional Resourced Provision consisting of three classes; Frog Spawn Class, Tadpoles Class and Tree Frogs Class.  Each class has its own learning style, Which is tailored to the needs and interests of the children.

As part of their school week the children have access to a multisensory curriculum that encompasses a nurturing environment.  All of the children in Tree House have an opportunity to integrate with their mainstream peers when suitable and when well-managed opportunities arise.

If you are interested in your child attending the Tree House Provision you can do this through your child's EHCP co-ordinator.  To find out more about the provision please go to our "Information for Parents" page (accessible on the menu to the right).

If you have a child new to Tree House setting or a child currently in the Tree House setting please feel free to download the PDF below.  We have created photo cards (or PECS) for you to use at home. You will see that we use our first names when referring to ourselves in the provision.  This supports the language development for children who find communication a challenge.  It stops children from 'generalising'; this is when the same word is used to name something.  For example all female adults could become 'mum'.  Using our first names takes away the confusion of the titles, 'Mrs' or 'Miss'.
